Track-mobile loading station

The loading station BLS-2000-R from the company Plasser & Theurer is a crawler-driven vehicle with a powered unit, equipped with a pick-up conveyor belt with a receiving hopper and an extendable transfer conveyor belt.

The loading station allows dismantled material to be picked up in track-free sections with a wheel loader, a tracked loader or similar and placed into a material conveyor or silo unit. The frame of the BLS-2000-R can be lifted with a hydraulic cylinder near the front crawler chassis, to allow side loading in these units by a loading crawler or similar. The receiving hopper needs to be dismantled during transport. The loading station is supported on two crawler chassis. These can be turned by +/- 15 degrees for steering purposes. The loading station can only be moved when it is lowered.
